What We're All About

We are a husband and wife team who both design and create. Our business is named after our homestead, Bourbon Creek. Although the name does stem from our love of bourbon, our handmade products are created around many other themes.

I am obsessed with patterned paper and love paper crafting. Sean’s love is woodworking and he loves to build furniture, redo houses and make wooden home decor. Both of us are accounting/financial minds but like to use the other side of our brain for creative therapy. Our wooden letter blocks are the craft that bought both of our loves together because we combine wood and paper!

Our handmade products include rustic wood blocks, reversible holiday decor (two holidays in one decor piece), wooden home decor items, premade scrapbooks, handmade cards, and paper craft gifts, just to name a few.

QUALITY HANDMADE

Each of our products is carefully designed and handmade by us. We enjoy creating new and trendy pieces! Our products make great unique gifts as well.

DURABLE PRODUCTS

We strive to make home decor that is not only pretty but durable. We seal all of our blocks with several coats of an acrylic sealant so that they are easy to dust and protected from basic wear and tear.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE

We care about our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. We try to produce and ship each order within 10 business days and work with our customers to resolve any problems or issues.

GIVING BACK

We love giving back! We are an annual contributor to many card collection organizations throughout the US and make contributions to local charities and schools.

MEET THE BOURBON CREEK CRAFTS FAMILY AND TEAM

We are a small family owned business, so each member wears many different hats. Even the youngest members of our family contribute in some way. We love that we can work as a family towards building something that can bring joy to others.

Owner/Creator

Beth

Beth is co-owner, product designer, product creator, quality control supervisor, operations manager, shipping coordinator, marketing director, sales manager, product photographer, social media specialist, event scheduler and website maintenance technician.

Beth is a home schooling mom of 2 girls who loves to craft! She enjoys all types of crafting, but specifically paper crafting. Scrapbooking and preserving her families memories is her favorite, but she also loves to make cards, home decor, gifts and other items using her stash of pretty paper.

When she’s not homeschooling, crafting or working on the business, Beth enjoys reading, listening to music and snuggling with her pets.

Owner/Creator

Sean

Sean is co-owner, master builder, workshop director, logistics manager, IT supervisor, chief financial officer, space designer, and sales associate.

When Sean isn’t working in the business, he loves to watch college basketball (especially Butler), play disc golf and build furniture and other projects for our own home. He has also recently started renovating a 1960s lake house!

Sales Associate

Ellie

Ellie is a part-time sales associate for our in-person shows and our resident bracelet maker. She has her own business, Ellie Kate Creations, where she makes bracelets, jewelry and other items. She sells her items primarily at our shows.

When Ellie isn’t working at the shows with us, she enjoys dancing, reading and snuggling with her bunny, Charlie.

Sales Associate

Avery

Avery is a part time sales associate with us at our in person shows. She enjoys interacting with the customers and sharing what we do.

When Avery isn’t doing sales for us, she enjoys listening to music and dancing.

Studio supervisor

Macie

Macie is our studio supervisor and new supply inspector. She is ever-present in the studio with Beth and any time new supplies come in, Macie inspects them thoroughly for suspicious smells.

Macie is a Doberman/Pit mix (that looks like a Viszla) who loves to run, especially to chase birds and chickens, but also loves to snuggle.
